Pas de transmission de la dette de loyer échu au cessionnaire du fonds

Rent arrears that fell due before the assignment of the lease are not, unless otherwise stipulated, transferred to the assignee of the business, even if the assignee is the landlord. The same applies to the obligation to carry out tenant’s repairs.
